About Me

I am a 5th year PhD student at the University of South Carolina, where I work under the supervision of Dr. Yen-Yi Ho developing methods for gene co-expression analysis.

Broadly, I am interested in computational biology, joint dependence modeling, and spatial statistics, with an emphasis on creating useful open-source software tools. Beyond my work in genomics, I also engage in interdisciplinary research with collaborators from biology, insurance, and computer science.
